  A full refund is available if a student withdraws within 3 calendar days of purchase.

• Pro-Rata Refund (Days 4–14)

  If a student withdraws between the 4th and 14th day of enrollment, a pro-rated refund will be issued using the following formula:

  Refund = Tuition Paid – (Daily Rate × Days Enrolled)

• No Refunds After 14 Days

  No refunds are available after 14 calendar days from the enrollment date.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and processing will occur within 30 days after receipt of the written request.
